Daniel Gunning

Daniel Gunning is the Co-Founder and CEO of flexible commercial spaces marketplace Spacenow. He is also the Managing Director of the Gunning Real Estate group. He has real estate in his DNA, with him and his family being prominent figures in the Australian real estate industry. Daniel brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience to the Spacenow team, having worked in all facets of the property industry. Throughout his career, Daniel has worked for both buyers/tenants and vendors/property owners in a wide range of areas including industrial, retail, commercial and hospitality. This led him to identify a critical gap and opportunity in the commercial property market, and launch Spacenow to help Australian businesses and property owners adapt to the new flexible real estate requirements of today’s economy.
