Business In Heels, a company dedicated to empowering and supporting professional women in their personal and business endeavours, has unveiled its distinguished judging panel for this year’s Recalibrate – Gender Equity Awards.
The Awards aim to acknowledge companies and individuals who have demonstrated unwavering dedication to fostering gender balance and inclusivity within their organizations and communities through their exemplary initiatives and innovative strategies. They also seek to inspire and motivate others to participate in the ongoing efforts towards a more equitable future.

The judging panel, consisting of eminent experts and leaders in the field of gender equity who will evaluate nominations and select the recipients for the awards, includes:
- Daniel Poynton: CEO of GippSport and Recalibrate – Gender Equity Awards’ 2022 overall winner.
- Karen Milward: An ardent advocate of gender inclusivity in first nation’s leadership and beyond.
- Leonora Risse: A renowned academic, past year’s winner and an advocate for women in economics and workplace equality,
- Paul Zahra: A champion of diversity and inclusion in the retail industry, including a gender statement that now has numerous retail signatories.
Nominations for the Recalibrate – Gender Equity Awards 2023 are open until the end of August, with the awards ceremony to be held in Melbourne on 15 November.
