Howin Chui is a Sydney-based restauranteur who aims to bring authentic Hong Kong-inspired dining experiences to Australia. In three years since deciding to shake up the Sydney restaurant game in 2019, he’s now the proud originator and owner of four Hong Kong-inspired eateries: Kowloon Cafe Haymarket, Stir Fry King, Ni Hao Bar, and Kowloon Cafe Burwood and he also runs a nightclub, OPM. Each one represents a different era in Hong Kong.
