He is a highly experienced consumer insights professional and has consulted to dozens of Australian and international brands, retailers, and suppliers. Mark's extensive involvement in the small business sector includes consulting to AusIndustry and the Design2Thrive Programme small business development programme. Recently a featured speaker at the 2023 Small Business Australia conference, Mark publishes extensively, has chaired numerous national FMCG, shopper marketing and retail conferences, and was an expert panel member at a United Nations conference on plastic pollution.
