Sam Weaver is the general manager of Coalition Australia, responsible for growth, efficiency, and sustainability of the operation. With capacity provided by Allianz Australia, Coalition is the world's first active cyber insurance provider designed to prevent digital risk before it strikes. Prior to relocating to Australia to launch the business, Sam was Head of Insurance Operations where he developed infrastructure to sustain Coalition's hypergrowth through a hardening cyber insurance market. Sam joined Coalition in 2021 after 15 years at the multinational professional services firm Aon, where he started his career and served in commercial leadership and strategy roles in the United States, United Kingdom and Netherlands.
